Muss man so etwas haben? Nein. Aber praktisch ist dieser Öler schon. Natürlich könnte man auch einen alten Wischer verwenden, aber bei diesem verteilt sich das Öl auf eine größere Länge, d.h. man benötigt entsprechend mehr Öl und die Tropfgefahr steigt. Für den Flötenkörper könnte man auch einen Stab und einen Lappen nehmen, aber vorsicht beim Kopf, hier darf kein Öl an den Block kommen. Mit diesem Öler ist das gewährleistet: Kopf senkrecht halten, mit dem Öler von unten herein, drehen, Kopf sekrecht abstellen, fertig. Keine Gefahr für den Block.
Bei Verwendung von Leinöl den Öler anschließend mit etwas Spülmittel auswaschen, damit er nicht verhärtet, und gut trocknen lassen - dann hält er praktisch ewig.

Fazit: Nützlicher kleiner Helfer

Le diamètre de cet écouvillon est idéal pour huiler une flûte soprano. Par contre, pour une flûte alto, le diamètre est trop petit, et pour une flûte ténor, n'en parlons pas ! Dommage que ce produit – vraiment très pratique – ne soit pas déclinable en plusieurs tailles…
